Legal assistance is provided to protect consumers’ rights arising from the purchase of goods and services. Legal assessment and representation are provided at every stage, from the review of consumer contracts to the resolution of disputes.

Services include legal assistance in disputes concerning defective goods and defective services, the review and preparation of consumer contracts, rescission of contracts and refunds, price reductions, free repair and replacement with non-defective equivalent goods, disputes arising from consumer loans and financial services, distance contracts, subscription agreements, prepaid housing sales, and other consumer transactions.

Legal assistance is also provided in applications to Consumer Arbitration Committees and proceedings before the competent Consumer Courts, including the preparation of applications and objections, as well as litigation and enforcement proceedings where necessary.
