Services include the preparation and review of employment contracts, termination of employment contracts and reinstatement claims, severance and notice pay, wages, overtime, annual leave and other employee claims, disputes arising from unlawful or invalid termination, occupational accidents and diseases, claims concerning workplace mobbing and discrimination, and other disputes arising from employment relationships.
